As a youngster, Angela Benvenuto had a diving accident which severely damaged her spine. Her vertebrae became compressed in several different places. For Angela, yoga allowed her to become pain free. She became so hooked that she decided to become an instructor. "When you're working your core, you're working your breath, you're working your legs, you're working your back, you're working your chest, you're working every muscle in your body because the core is connected to everything else."
